Shapes: To insert Ready made Shapes into the Worksheet. (Select the Shape you want to draw. Then click and drag in the worksheet to draw the shape.)

Drawing Tools - Tab : When we draw any shape or select the shape then Drawing tool - TAB is activated. जब हम कोई आकृति/ SHAPE बनाते हैं या आकृति/ SHAPE का चयन करते हैं तो ड्राइंग टूल रिबन सक्रिय होता है।
Insert Shapes Group :
Shape Style: To apply style in selected shape.

Change Shape: Change the shape of the drawing preserving all the formatting. Selected shape के सारे formatting को रख कर किसी दूसरे shape में बदलने के लिए |

Text Box: To insert a box where we can write some text. Which can be placed anywhere in the worksheet.
एक बॉक्स डालने के लिए जहां हम कुछ टेक्स्ट लिख सकते हैं। जिसे वर्कशीट में कहीं भी रखा जा सकता है।
Header & Footer :
Header - The upper area of page is called header. It opens the header box and also activates the Header and Footer Toolbar. If we edit a header of page then it will automatically applied into all the pages of the document.
Page के ऊपरी क्षेत्र को Header/हेडर कहा जाता है। यह header बॉक्स खोलता है और Header and Footer Toolbar को भी सक्रिय करता है। यदि हम Page का Header संपादित करते हैं तो यह स्वचालित रूप से दस्तावेज़ के सभी पृष्ठों में लागू हो जाएगा।
Footer: The lower area is called Footer. It opens the footer boxes and also activates the Header and Footer Toolbar. If we edit a header and footer of page then it will automatically applied into all the pages of document.

WordArt: It is used to insert different types of WordArt (Different styles of Text) into the current Worksheet.
Current document में विभिन्न प्रकार के Wordart (Text की विभिन्न शैलियों) को सम्मिलित करने के लिए इसका उपयोग किया जाता है।
Symbols Group :
Symbol: To insert any symbols at the current cursor position.
